International Art Studio also took part in the city festival “Tesnjar Nights” this year organizing the solo exhibition of graphics and drawings by well-known Greek artist Eva Mela. It was presented 22 works lithographs, gravures, and combine technique on canvas. Also it was shown 6 works from the opus inspired with the shipyard and workers of “Perama”, as well as handy made book “Hymn to Freedom”. In the world of art Eva Mela actual subject matter, also for using old time techniques (fresco, al seco, etching, lithography, carbon drawing on parchment, etc.). She is mainly inspired with people of all intellectual levels and nature. She is focused on face fragments, especially eyes which are always presented in her paintings as innocent and wide open. In addition to painting she does design and illustrations mostly for children books. Eva Mela solo exhibition exhibition exceeded huge publicity and had very positive art critics in media.
