In Septembre the graphics exhibition of the famous American artist Dan Allison was open. Lot of art lovers from Valjevo, Belgrade and other Serbian cities attended opening ceremony. About twenty graphics originated between 1975 and 1998 were presented. With inovating style, profound printed surfaces, artist left behind barriers between painting and printing. Using his pop art experience, pation for detail, material control, with an approach full of wise improvisation, he created a language for building a dream world, terrifyingly closed to reality. This exhibition also excited huge publicity and got very positive art critics. Mr. Allison gave eight of his graphics as a present for Studio’s Gift Collection.
