In Septembre the solo exhibition of Cuban painter and sculptor Armando Marino was open. Ten of his big format paintings and ten small sculptures were presented. Lightmotive of this Cuban artist who lives on Havana-Madrid relation is colonial age slave, in fact black body in the white universe. This is satiric way for him to look in the past and to describe Cuban historical wounds. The main topic of his sculpteres is black man’s head. The exhibition was very well accepted by the audience as well as by art critics. Also, it excited huge publicity. At the end of his staying in Valjevo Mr. Marino left the painting “Bad Influence” as a gift for Studio’s collection.
