The second exhibition of the year was opened in August. Under the name “Art without Boundaries” six American artist presented their works: Diane van Cort, John Silver, Marion Lane, Robert Sievert, Myron Rubenstein and Elise Decker. Works of these artists, who mainly used combined techniques on paper, pencil, pen, pastel, gouache and watercolors, give us an insight in total complexity and richness of the painting scene they came from. They reveal cultural traditions and identities in the USA. The guest of the Studio was Diane van Cort, who before this exhibition was the participant in the art colony in the monastery Poganovo near Dimitrovgrad. The show attracted lot of visitors and excited huge publiucity.
