Studio officialy opened exhibition “Contemporary International Aquarelle” on October 26. As title implies, it is a group exhibition where 86 aquarelles, done by 71 artists from 6 continets were presented.
Each author presented art work in a distinctive way showing excellent knowledge of aqarelle as a very demanding artistic discipline.
Looking at the presented works the viewer comes to the conclusion that these artists are very seriously engaged in aquarelle that requires special skills, artistry, time and certain techniques knowledge so result could be at such a high level, which is present in this exhibition.
Authors of presented aquarlles are prominent world artists coming from India, Brazil, Malaysia, New Zealand, Mauritius, Indonesia, Nepal, Morocco, Egypt, Vietnam, Taiwan, the Philippines, Iran, Malta, Italy, Ecuador, Lithuania, the USA, the Netherlands, Finland, Romania, Uruguay, Turkey, Macedonia, Japan, Kazakhstan, Peru, Armenia, Greece, Moldova, Latvia, Bosnia, Hungary, Bangladesh, Pakistan, France, Estonia, Bulgaria, Ukraine, Thailand, Russia, Montenegro, Germany, Belarus, Croatia, Slovenia, Poland and Serbia.
At the opening ceremony General Manager Mirjana Vojić specially thanked to Mr. Pedja Aćimović, the General Manager of the Gallery “A” from Belgrade for helping in organization and realization of this exhibition.
As for the musical part of the program, young flautist have their little stage performance. Iva Bošković, Nina Andrić, Ivana Marković, Dijana Mižić and Andrijana Matić who performed at the opning ceremony are students of the local Elementary Music School in the class of Professor Slobodanka Vasiljević-Ljujić.
